Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are limited. Standard return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalized items may have different return eligibility based on the specific order details. Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged or incorrect items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Items must be in their original packaging when possible
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Cost of Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping costs
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

- Custom orders that have entered the design approval stage may be subject to cancellation fees
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 business days
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned items
- Bank processing time: Additional 3-5 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account
- Refund amount: Full purchase price minus any restocking fees (if applicable) and original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
